Overtime
DJ will cease playing after contracted hours unless asked to continue by signor of the contract. Any additional performance time is rounded up to 1 hour. Any additional time is billed at $75 an hour which must be paid immediately after conclusion of the event.
For ceremonies, DJ will cease playing after 2 or less contracted hours unless asked to continue by signor of the contract. Any additional performance time is billed at $40 per 30 minutes, which must be paid immediately after conclusion of the event.
It may not always be possible to provide additional performance time. However, when feasible, requests for extended playing time will be accommodated.
Payment
A deposit of 50% must be made at the time contract is signed.
Final payment must be made one day prior to event date (Overtime fees must be paid the night of service).
Standard booking agreements should be made at least 4 weeks before scheduled date in order to secure event date, but shorter periods may be requested and agreed upon.
Cancellation and refunds for bookings scheduled 4 weeks in advance.
Client may receive a full refund of the deposit if booking is cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to event date.
If booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior, client will receive a 75% refund of deposit.
IF BOOKING IS CANCELLED 1 WEEK PRIOR, CLIENT WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT.
